Taking a European-wide perspective on the early years workforce, and its role in fostering social inclusion, a roster of high profile speakers will lead discussion on the intergration of early years workforce, together with programme partners: Aldo Fortunati, La Bottega di Geppetto, Italy; Teresa Ogrodinska, Comenius Foundation for Child Development, Poland; Wenche Rønning, Nordland Research Institute, Norway and Bronwen Cohen, Children in Scotland, Scotland and Programme Director, Working for Inclusion.
